A customer calls - you’re on the frontline dealing with it.
A staff member calls in sick - you carry out their role (and yours).
Deadlines build up - you get in early and late to deal with them.
The weekend arrives - you’re in the office by 8.00 am.
It’s unsustainable, certainly not fun and definitely not what you signed up for.

But a strong start doesn’t mean continued success. Through poor decisions and ego, my enterprise turned into a $200,000 debt.
Through resilience and determination, I was able to rebuild and later sell my first business.
